kisi bhi government job ki competitive exam me general reserve category nhi hoti hai , after competitive exam jab result declare hota hai tab ,general ki merit me sabhi cast ke candidates select ho sakte hai if unki merit general category ki merit jitni ho. but kisi bhi cast ke candidates ko general seat par age limit me extra benifit mil sakta hai kya . according to our constitutional.

sir ,,me koi apne taste ka answer nhi chahta hu ... but gujarat high court me ..gujarat panchayat seva simiti ke against kuch candidates ne rit ki hai ...becos, panchayat clrk ki competitive exam ka jab result declare hua tab sc category ki merit ,general category se high thi.. and kuch candidates ke according sc category ki merit open category ki merit se high nhi ho sakti... . and gujarat panchayat board ne yah reason diya hai ki general category ki seat ke liye age limit 25 year consider ki gyi thi and sc cateory ke candidates ke liye 30 year ,,...so jin candidates ki age under 25 year thi and general merit ke cut of mark jitne mark the vah sabhi sc category ke candidates ka general seat par selection hua hai but jin candidates ki age over 25 year thi and marks general category ke according the fir bhi vah general category ki seat par select nhi ho sakte becos generl category ki seat par kisi bhi cast ke candidates ko age me koi extra benifit nhi mil sakta so vah apni sc category me hi select kiye gye ..... kya sir YAH TRUE HAI ... GENERAL CATEGORY KI SEAT PAR KISI BHI CAST KE CANDIDATES KO KOI AGE LIMIT ME EXTRA BENIFIT NHI MILTA HAI .....ME APSE YAHI PUCHNA CHAHTA HU.

YOUR OWN FALSE IDENTITY AND FALSE PICTURE ARE THE PROOF OF YOUR OWN FLSEHOOD, WHICH YOU FREQUENTLY CHANGE, AS I POINTED OUT ON SEVERAL OTHER THREADS, SO THAT YOU COULD NOT BE IDENTIFIED FOR YOUR MISLEADING ANSWERS. On the contrary, I always reply with my true identity.
NOW BETTER HELP THE FELLOW, WHO HAS ASKED THE QUESTION ABOUT RESERVATION ISSUES.

Dear Shri Arunagiri,
Thanks for your kind advice. I hope you would have read several such threads where insted of answering the question, he intentionally raised finger specifically on me (not my replies) without any provocation just for negative propaganda against me by misusing the forum. So, you can judge, who is wrong in doing so. Even against the question of the querist, you can notice who started the controversy and what was the ground for that to provoke him?
But, when I have asked him to show his expertise and reply the question of the author and prove me wrong, he has kept mum, while I already have provided two of my answers to the question at the other thread. Even if he treats me illiterate and raises finger on me, he is ought to prove his legal expertise to prove my replies wrong. Even when you and me don't agree on one point we mention reason behind that and five our logic in support of our replies. So, what prevents him in doing so?

In direct recruitment reservation is applicable at all levels...kya sir direct recruit.. me obc sc st category ke candidates ko general ki seat par bhi age me relaxen milta hai......pls answer meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
