i have a bought a flat from my brother. after 2 years of purchase, difference of opinion arised between he and his wife. 6 months back she has filed a 498-a case against him. Can she claim any right over the flat legally? can she sue him or me for the sale?
pls advice .

No, the flat once sold can not be claimed by the erstwhile owner or anybody through him.

As the title of ownership has passed on to you legally, your sister-in-law cannot claim your property in connection with her husband's quarrel.

However, how your brother had acquired the flat needs to be looked into to give a perfect answer.

I agree with B.K. Raghavendra Rao. the proper advice could only be given after knowing full details.
