2> specefic relief act ke sec.6 ke under dayar waad me jab court yeh mane ki partiwadi ne waadi ko waad dayar karne ki date se 6th month ke andar be-dakhal nahi kiya h to kya court waadi ke favoure me tittle ke aadhar par wekalpik anutosh ki decree jaari kar partiwadi ko disputed land ka possession waadi ko lotane ka order de sakta h .

required more advice

3> sir,
uprokt waad me wadi ne apne dawe me kisi bhi parkar ka amendment nahi karaya fir bhi munshif magistrate ne wadi ke favoure me tittle ke aadhar par weklpik anutosh ki dcree jari kardi, jabki wadi yeh saabit nahi kar paya tha ki ushe wad dayar karne ki tarik se 6 mah ke bitar partiwadi ne bedakal kiya tha,

kya majistrate ne partiwadi ke wirudh dcree jari kar kanuni bhul ki h, bcoz sec 6 of specific relief act me summary trial ka parawdan h, or agar tittle ke aadhar par dayar waad ka wicharn ka procedure alag h,
kya ish waad me mere saath insaaf huwa h.

ab mujeh ush dcree ke wirudh apil karni hogi ya high court me revesion file karna hoga,

please reply karna,
