About security guard not vacate the guard room

in one housing society, we dissmiss the security guard from his job but still they living with family in our society's room, they not give vacate possession of that room, so what we do leagle action against them?

Issue a letter telling him to vacate the room in given time (Say 15 days)failing legal action would be taken and rent at commercial rate would be charged. If not vacated in given time legal action can be taken.

Such person is in illegal possession of the room so serve a legal notice, make a police complaint prior to that and then file suit for eviction.
