I am working in AIR D.D.K (I&B ministery) I am living with my daughter & 84years old father .Recently I've been transferred to L.P.T.Umargaon(D.M.C.Nashik)office pressurised me to give 3 choice stations compulsary in application &threatened me giving memo ,that application otherwise will not be forworded to the Zonal office .but due_to above said problems I can' join at transferred place.so please suggest me the way to fight .because from last few years I am suffering from economical ,physical &mental harrassment by office .now I want justice on humanity ground for my genuine problems . Waiting for answer at the earliest . thanking You ,

Madam,
Transfer is a policy matter. As a matter of right you cannot question the transfer. However, as I see two options are left out to you.
(1) Convince the Transfer Authority to retain you in the same place by explaining your problems.
(2) You can always approach the Court of law i.e. CAT, questioning the transfer if it is arbitrary in nature, unlawful and against to the transfer policy laid down.

Sir, as per your reply l had contacted previously to the concerned officers , but purposly they are harrassing ,so many employees are there who are at one place from last 20 years .& though its my genuine problem they are harrassing me..for getting justice I have done many legal things because of which they are doing such problems with me.

Only department can help you in positive way.
Legal way may or may not provide you relief.
Refer the transfer and posting policy, you may proceed legally if the provisions are not observed.
