kya u/s 13- B case file karne ke baad 6 month ka samay lagna jaruri hai , before 6 month order nahi ho sakta agar dono parties razi ho.

nhi ye 6 mahine ka time to aniwarya hai lekin agar supreme court chahe to is time ko samapt kr sakta hai.

6 MONTHS IS AS PER lAW:
Court want both parties to understand and re unite if possible.
NO HURRY PERMITTED IN BREAKING HOUSES.
