respected sir,
I want to ask two question for my knowledge that after sining vakaalatnaama by a client, what is the important of that, for client and his/her advocate, can client get certified copy, by coping agency of the court,
please reply me with complete detail
02 how can my client re-open his father case after 40 years of decided, that was property suit for partition

1. By filing vakalatnama of a lawyer, you appoint him as your advocate and authorise him to conduct your case on your behalf in the Court.
2. Yes, client can apply to Certifiying Agency and seek certified copy of the vakalatnama.
3. In my opinion the limitation period is 12 years for a decided suit property matter. However I offer myself for correction if any!
