abt construction

Hi i m sanjay Patel
I stay in Suvidhya co operative housing society
Sir i want to know law abt construction that my neighbour builds house in 95% in plot and attach wall with my house hence it's not duplex so there is obstruction in wind n sunlight

Is there any solution?

Get stay order from civil court against ur neighbor.
