ABUSED MOTHER

A mother does not wish her son to perform her funeral duty because she has been abused by the son. Instead she wishes one of her grandson to perform the funeral duty. In order to avoid problems and quarrel within the family at the time funeral, this mother wants have an order in advance from the court allowing the grandson only to perform her funeral duties. What is the procedure and how can she get this order legally.

Mother can make a will and say who should perform the funeral rites. There need not be any court order.

Thanks, we need court order because we do not want at that time this son will create problems. So please advise what is the procedure?
