Accident claim regarding

Respected sir,

my father died in an road accident.so we got compensation via court.but my sister is minor only 12years is old,her share is deposited in the bank inthe name of the judge via court,but now the casefile had missed.what i have to do?
what is the procedure for withdrawn my sister share from the court?

you can get the same from the court where it was submitted after the decision by the court and take the certified copy of the judgement and mention it in the application for withdrawl of the fixed deposit by the court and mention the name of the court

IF YOUR FILE IS MISSED INSPECT COURT RECORD,APPLY FOR A COPY AND MOVE AN APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF YOUR SISTER SAYING THAT SHE HAS NOW STOOD MAJOR SO SHARE OF MONEY BE ALLOWED WITHDRAWN IN HER FAVOR.

If your sister is still minor file a petition before the concerned court praying to direct the bank to issue a duplicate deposit receipt. If she is already a major, request the court to pass order directing the bank to release the deposit amount with accrued interest to your sister.
