Accused offer for hostile

In an FIR us 420 , accused approached complainant and shown him bank draft in his name for cheated amont with interest and asked complainant to give hostile statement in court then he will give bank draft to complanant. Complainant refused. Whether offfer of accused was lawful. How can complainant get his bank draft

Hon'ble court is not a park or a play ground for the complainant to turn hostile at the instance the accused.Something fishy lies in the query.

Sir my query is whether complainant can take any action against such unlawful act of accused for trying to pressurise hostile the complainant.
