What is the solution if secretary of the society does not take or give acknowledgement on submitting flat transfer documents ?

Dear Sir,
You may raise the issue with the registrar of concerned department or get issue a legal notice and go for mandatory injunction by filing a suit in a Civil Court against him.

Thanks for your expert advise, Kishan ji. My issue is pertaining to submission of flat transfer documents. The matter will be delayed if I follow your suggested procedure. Can I submit the documents by courier or register post, please advise..

Yes, you may send it by registered/ speed post or authorised Courier and have proof of delivery.

If you have already delivered the documents and Secretary has not acknowledged, send confirmation of submission of the document by registered post mention the fact that same was submitted but was not acknowledged. Also enclose another copy of documents with request to take the same on record and send confirmation to the effect.

Sending the documents through registered post not only to the Secretary but also a copy of those documents to the the Registrar of societies shall make the mere go.
