Good Day!
I hereby request you to provide us forms for registration of new trust under Bombay Trust Act, 1950. In marathi, I have form of Annexure 2 (Rule 6) Kindly provide proper guidance for legal procedure of registration and forms applicable for new trust registration as aforesaid. Hello Mr Ghorpade,
All state is having a Trust Registration Office from where you can get the Trust Registeration Form. The Basic Procedure is to get the form from Trust Registered office afterwards with Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Trustee's Consent Letter and other relevant document should be submitted.
