Thanks to criminal nexus of police and MM criminal justice has turned in to a joke on public with hardly any conviction. What hurts most is the fact that even MM are involved and deliberately pronounce foul judgement which is later on set aside by Sessions Court. In recent news it was said High Court has no powers to act against such MM and only Govt. of Maharashtra can punish him. In such who need to be contacted CM , Governor or HM ? Pl. help as such nexus is a menace need to to be acted upon.

In such scenarios, if you have an evidence, do write up to Chief Metropolitan Magistrate.
You would see the change.

Sir,
I am not an advocate and so need expert advice. I believe this forum is for public at large and who want to take preliminary opinion of experts before acing in the matters which are serious and complicated. Out of the opinions one can derive some real options for further appropriate action. Hope kind experts on this public forum appreciate this fact other wise it becomes a platform to seek clients for vested interests. I appreciate while some advises are realistic as per law most others are mediocre without any substance such as contact a local lawyer etc.

You are aware that this forum is for public at large and who want to take preliminary opinion of experts before acting in the matters. The aggrieved persons are expected to post their queries directly so that the further information if need be, can be sought by the experts. Of course, with an exception that if the aggrieved person is not capable of posting his/her query due to genuine reasons like language barrier, not conversant with internet etc. But in your case, it is observed you have been posting queries on different legal issues frequently, which certainly invites the comments of the experts. On one way you seeking information, on the other way you are castigating unwanted comments on experts. For your information, take my case. I am not a practicing advocate. I am under Sl.No.20 in the experts list, helping the needy in those spheres wherein I have sufficient knowledge basing on the Law Degree, academic interest and practical expose of more than 35 years. What is the vested interest I have in replying the queries? Hence, kindly desist from making remarks on the experts who are sparing their time, energy and even money to help the needy.
