what remedies are available against the bank recovery agents who act against the banking code of conduct,harrass the consumer by uttering abusive and filthy language for the payment of dues and create a nuisance?

I understand the difficulties and the kind of harassment given by recovery agents. It is absolute illegal.
First, you can lodge a police complaint against those recovery agents.
Second, file a case against the bank and recovery agents to act legally and to follow due process of law.

this is illegal and you have to right to file a criminal case against them.
You can also filed a defamation case against the financial institute as per you status.
