I lodged an FIR against misappropriation of developmental funds and it has been registered in Police Station U/S 409 IPC. In this regard, may I obtain the details of Action Taken Report in black and white from the concerned Investigating Officer ? Under what section of law can I approach to the concerned Investigation Officer with a view to get the details of Action Taken Report ?
Please, suggest me.

Frame your RTI questions in consultation with a experienced person, so, that you can get relevant information. Many police officers will start work only after seeing the RTI application.

OK, then being a thick skinned may help you very much. On one hand your observation about his comments is, "Your comments remember me: Satsaiyan ke Dohere jyon Navik ke teer, dekhan mein chhote lage ghhav kare gambir." ......
