ACTS Applicable under Shops & Establisment Act in Gujarat

Shop registered under Shop & Establishment Act

Question : Whether following Acts are applicable to a Shop which is registered under the Bombay Shops and Establishment Act ?

1. Professional Tax to Shop Owner (Employer) and
Workers (Employees).
2. Minimum Wages Act
3. Income Tax.
4. Industrial Dispute Act.
5. The Payment of Wages Act.
6. The Payment of Bonus Act.
7. The Gratuity Act Provisions.

Any other act if the shop is used for manufacturing process for which \"Bhatthi\"
( TANDOOR CHULHA ) is installed in shop.

All above noted Acts are applicable in your case and Pollution Act as well as Explosive Act and Essential Commodities Act is also applicable in your profession.

Yes but all the acts have riders for min no of workers and total turnover / income.
