sir we have registration papers of house in our brother's name.he is residing in USA.we have to produce address proof for driving licence etc in my name.I am residing in my brother's house at present.i want to know how i can produce the papers in my brothers name as adress proof.please inform.

If there your name is not reflecting then the same is not going to help you in any manner.

In the instant case, You can obtain an affidavit sworn in by your NRI brother ( owner of the place you now reside)as per procedure stating the fact that you are residing in his residential property under his consent since........( mention the date) . Then open a bank account using the said document as address proof . Now the bank account can be used as a Proof of address for obtaining a Driving Licence.
