Hello, I want to know the difference between notary and adjudicated of POA. As I want to do the power of attorney for registration of one of my flat in Bangalore, in favour of my brother can someone tell me what is the difference between notary and adjudicat of power of attorney.

You should get the POA registered and affix stamps accordingly if executing in India.
NRI can get the POA signed before Indian Embassy designated officer and can send it to India where stamp fee would be affixed as per Indian (state) rates in India (adjudication).
