Kindly recall my case facts. In fact since I have to evict Pan thela owner ( Gupta ji)alongwith restaurant wala ( Patel)on or before 24th Feb 2013 as per Hon. SC order.
One of my relatives who is a Sr. Advocate is suggesting to move an applicaton from Patel under the clause ADJUSTMENT OF DECREE RULE 21*2( who is ready to evict on or before stipuated dt)that he has no control over pan thela wala and is creating obstacles by by filing RCS , in which he was not able to get a Temp Injuction.If Patel informs court before execution of decree that we need Beliff & Police protection to evict Pan thela owner Gupta ji , then court will agree immidiately. If I move the application then it takes a longer time.
Trust the matter is more clearer now.
