Admissibility of photos without photographer

(Querist) 24 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
sir

Punjab-Haryana High Court:Manohar Singh vs Smt. Rattan Kaur on 10 September, 2004:

"After all the object of calling photographer in the witness box or for insisting on the production of negatives is to ensure that no doctored photographs are passed as genuine one. The absence of negatives and photographer may assume some significance in criminal cases. However, in civil cases that too before tribunal photographs authenticated by oral evidence must be treated as sufficient proof of its geniuses. In such circumstances, both the Courts below have adopted a correct approach by rejecting the argument that no photograph could be proved in the absence of negatives and photographer"

Sir it is the para taken from above High Court. sir if iam correct from the above it is clear that in civil cases, evidence of photographer is not essential.

In this way i want a citation of Supreme court of India, wherein it is given a judgment like photographer's evidence is not essenital in civil cases.

Please sir provide such type of citation of sc relating to examination of photographer is not essential.

Cite this order of p&H Haryana Court.

Although it is not binding on any other state courts but still it has a force.
