sir,
what are the rules and formalities regarding adopting a child for hindu couples who haven't any child? Is there any new rules , regulations or modifications other than in the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act of 1960? my parties having age of 50 (hus) and 45 (wife),Is that create any problem? Please help me

There must be giving and taking as contemplated under the Hindu Adoptions and maintenance Act,1956.Ages of the adopting parents is not of any consequence.
