Respected sir, my question is that whether the adoption deed was registered earlier as per hindu adoption and maintence act 1956 is valid today? whether it will be cancelled today due to limitation?
I have query because my father was adopted in 1946 but did not got any effect of adoption due to missunderstanding that it is cancelled and now he is heir of his biological father. Till we have his registered adoption document. plz suggest solution.

Vague query.
Adoption is irrevocable. Wrong information and misconception. Your father is the child of adoptive parents.

Correct sir, can i appeal for effect of adoption now? what i have to do and what is about property transfered from his biological father as heir?

you are also not clear whether anyone attempted to cancell adoption or merel;y appointed a lega heir.
