The court decree is valid and an adoption deed is not necessary.

Any order / judgment / decree passed by a competent court is always valid, what is your doubt on the subject ?

Why do you want to obtain decree passed by Court for adoption where there is provision for registration of adoption deed which is comparatively easy, economical and least time consuming ?
