then you contest the case . deny the adulery charges . the advantage for a lady in adultery case is you dont go to jail but your lover knowing that you were married and had sex with you without husband consent lands in jail .

You cheat your husband and shamelessly seek opinions to defend yourself. As Mr. Sethi advised you go for MCD.

Spy camera can be used for exposing an illegal act. The defence of privacy would not come to your aid for defending an illegal act. Go for MCD if you want to save your paramour from jail, and yourself from ignominy. If there is strict evidence of you committing sexual intercourse with your paramour, he runs the risk of landing behind bars in the event of a prosecution for adultery being launched against him by your husband.
