First issue a notice to the shop owner and manufacturer. Then file a case before district consumer forum for compensation mental agony and deficiency of service . The forum send the honey to lab and get the report and merits of case the order will be passed

You should inform the shop owner for replacement, if he does not agree send legal notice.

Sir,
I made a written complaint with the shop.He is ready to refund the money. I purchased one more bottle of the same batch and kept unopened. Once the impugned bottle is returned for cash, where is the evidence to put. There ends the story. I feel that we should arrest the malafide act of making riches by selling adultrated products to the consumers in the society as we are dangerous diseases like cancer and ulcers inreasing due to this menace o adultration.
Regarding making complaint with Forum, the case runs for months and months. I experienced in that way. I don't bother for the cost of the product. It is the society that is suffering on account of the rich companies cheating the gullible public. So, please tell me the procedure to involve the government official to deal with the case. Let them seize the product and get it tested and make the case. Is it not the responsibiity of the government to check this menace? So, please suggest me in that way.

Dear Sankar Rao,
You are talking so much. If there is no response to the phone call, why don't you submit a written complaint to the Food Inspector of Municipal Corporation by personally going over to the said office.
What is the great fun in making a complaint to the Shop itself - it is as good as lodging a complaint with the Thief himself!

Sir, There is no cause for annoyance. Finding solution is important. It is not incorrect to contact the seller/supplier to fix prima facie. It is premptive to say that the seller is a thief. We must find out who is the producer of the item and the process by which it is produced and marketed and a the same time get the impugned product tested for its hygienic quality. How to subject the product to laboratory test and the correct agency to perform it swiftly is the information expected by me to follow. If the product is defective, Forum may direct the Supllier to replenish the product with another piece instead of awarding compensation and it may not take magisterial action or direct the Government to take up the issue.
Sir, this issue presented here is less to my personal interest but more to the Society as it affects the health of the people at large.
