Hello,
During a case of Eviction of Tenant on the grounds of Non Payment of Rent an interim order was passed by the Court to deposit rent in the Court on the "Month by Month" basis before every 15th day of the month .
If the tenant deposited rent for two months in advance instead of month to month basis and the Receipt of the deposit was cross signed by the Judge in whose court the rent is to be deposited, will it be in any way contrary to the Interim order passed by the court and can this have any adverse effect of the case later.
Thanks ...

If rent is paid in advance it will not affect the case adversely. What is important is payment of rent on time in the court.
But if you fail to pay rent for a month and pay it later in the court along with next month, that will affect your case.
Regularity is important here.

The crux of Court order is that tenant must pay rent on or before due date, either to landlord or deposit in court, which may be in advance
