there are no of such reccomandations by courts and even law commission to change various draconian provisions including faimily law. Govt has its own agenda to do it or not.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 11 June 2011
Dear "Your Advocate", very recently, Supreme Court has definitely commented upon the existing law on 'adverse possession' which encourages unlawful encroachments at the expense of law abiding and bonafide purchasers, and has recommended for change. It is a different matter that the Central Govt. has not so far changed the law.
