obtain the information about the Survey Number of your land.is there any pahani or 7/12 adangal copy or some document that you have a land of 10 acres. approach an experienced lawyer and if necessary file a case against your neighbor for occupying your land.
(2) in which way are you concerned for the temple lands? why are you interested? however, that temple comes under endowments (Government), then the department concerned can file a case in a court of law.

Discuss with local lawyer, show him all the documents.

If you are having absolute title with all the related documents over the 10 acres land then you better file an permanent injunction suit against your neighbor restraining him to enter the land.

If he his already in possession without any document then you can ask to dispossess him from the property by filing a suit in the proper court.

Before filing a suit it is better to substantiate your stance how your neighbor entered your land? Courts will look into documentary evidence for the property issues. So be careful. ALL THE BEST.
