We have a College named as DAV College in which we have two blocks in one block we are running regular college & in other block some courses like BBA, BCOM, Bed, under Self finance scheme in other block under one Principal.
Now we are constructing a new building in the same campus of the existing college & we want to name it as a DAV Girls College under a new Principal & to shift the courses of Self finance scheme in that building.
We want your esteemed advice on the following:
1. Can we run another college in the campus of the existing college legally as per the guidelines of U P Govt. Education & ugc laws? If yes, then quote the sec. & G.O.
2. If yes, will we get recognition & affiliation from UGC, NCTE, AICTE, & the University?
3. Also advice us with other relevant information in this regard.

1. If you have shown the entire building and campus while getting recognition of the earlier college running therein then you cannot run a another college in the same campus without getting prior permission from all relevant authorities including Deptt. of Higher Education, UGC, University etc.
2. Reply given above.
3. You can run the new college and can shift all self financing courses in the proposed new building in the name of girls college subject to properly handling the matter in the light of latest changes of rules and managing the things properly.
