Hi
there was a fir register under 420,120ipc against 4-5accused but out of that only one accused joined the investigation and also got bail from the high court now the police has filled the charge sheet against that person only who has joined the investigation inspite of the fact that there was no proof against that person in the whole investigation now he is planning to go for quashing of fir as police has declared other as po but yet to be declared from the police please advise what should be done

If nothing is against THE said alleged accused in the charge-sheet, he should argue at the time of framing the charge and on failure should go to high court under section 482 for quashing of FIR against him.
