You should be conscious what are u alleging u are required to prove these allegations . You may make complain to the State Bar Council of State , with a Court fee as applicable. Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council will take care of it

I think there may be a confusion regarding the fees to be paid. You should know your fees to be paid. Some advocates get small fees during every hearing but they will collect the remaining amount by the end of the case. It is only a concession being given by the advocates.
If the advocate demands the entire fees at the time of accepting the case, many of the cases will go out of the advocates and at the same time it will be difficult for the party also.
So, talk to your advocate cool, ask what is the total amount and inform him about the fee paid and arrive at a final figure.
Even if you are not satisfied give a complaint on the Advocate before the bar council.

Demand of fee deffer from client to client as well from counsel to counsel. There is no fixed scale of fee. If you can not pay fee one counsel. you are free to engage another counsel. In this particular case, whether there was any agreement in this regard. it it was so, such demand is not binding you.
