advocates rights

Wether advocates have right to attest the documents like marksheets and xerox copies of other documents?
Wether advocates green ink to put his/her signature?

I am asking clarification for attestation just like that og gazatted officers attesting the documents not authentication done by the notory.

only those advocates who pass the notary exams after being eligible having 10 years of practice, are elligible to attest any document.

No advocate apart from notary can attest documents as Gazetted Officers do. However advocate can attest a affidavit of a deponent.

Advocates are the officers of the Court.
Advocates may attest the documents/ photographs to be filed in a Court otherwise No.
