WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR GETTING THE MONETARY BENEFIT IN CASE OF DEATH OF AN ADVOCATE? AND WHAT IS THE QUANTOM OF AMOUNT?

It would be better to enquire with your Bar association.

Each and every State bar Council has framed its own rules and regulations in respect of Advocates Welfare Fund. The application shall have to be moved through local bar association so contact at local level.
