Affidavit from a first class judicial magistrate

I have to admit my girl child in KV for first standard under the single girl child quota. There is a provision/quota under single girl child norms. For this, KV requires me to submit an affidavit from a first class judicial magistrate only stating that my daughter is the only girl child in the family. I am not able to find the right person until and unless i know them personally. Request to provide any leads/reference so that i can approach him/her and get the attestation.

First Judicial magistrate do include Executive magistrate so get an affidavit drafted on the lines as required, do sign and get it identified from any lawyer of your circle and then get it attested from the Executive Magistrate of your area who is duty bound to attest all such or similar type of affidavits without personal affiliations.

Raj Sir ! whether SDM is first class magistrate. If Yes please introduce us with the concerned law or notification, because judicial officers generally refrain them from attesting affidavits.

Yes SDM is first class magistrate including all executive magistrate.

Sir I have heard SDM is second class magistrate and District Magistrate is first class. Please correct me with concerned law. Whether it is notified by govt.

SDM is First Class Executive Officer having some judicial powers so he fulfills the requirement sought by queriest.
