After the submission of aaffidavit of evidence, can we correct mistakes or an we add remained facts???? which is not contained in afidavit, The Closing Purshis by us is not yet given. Please Advise................. how should i deal woth

A chek return case , in which our lawyer forget to add some important facts, chek was in favor of our firm.
in afidavit he forget to add that the one of the partner of our firm is died and herr husband is a partner now. this fact can affect our case... later defendant can arise a question of NOC of other partners.....
