As matter refer for fresh hearing now I want to add few new sections in FIR, and also give details in affidavit what accused did even after file writ petitions
S. S. Rathi (Querist) 20 June 2016
SC also directed to file affidavit with 156 (3) complaints

Dear Querist
for the other offences, you should file the another complaint.

what do you means about the exhibit?
Exhibits will allow only in the evidence state and not in the case of 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Argue the matter before the court and the court will pass a fresh detail order for registration of FIR to police, after getting order from the court, the police is bound to registered a case against the accused and started investigation.

Please Try to give the total details of the case at a time rather as piece meal. Pls do not waste the time of the experts by giving inadequate details.

Pls go through the Criminal Procedure Code and Rules, for the procedures to be followed in the court.
