After 90 days

Ques:- I am defendant's counsel in a case and Plaintiff's counsel take 90 days for PWs now can i stop him from so much delay in evidence and beyond 90 days which section or order,rule apply to it and in which act ?

Brother There is no time fixed in CPC for production of evidence i.e, to lead evidence. it is procedural aspect and it is all discretionary power of court to allow time to produce of evidence.
Refer order 18 of CPC.

you can not stop it's court's discretion power,you can approach the court to close the evidence.

Although all are depending upon court's discretion, But you can request court to close evidence.
