after demise of original member,do associate member continue to be in a co operative housing society

after the member dies what happens to the associate member nominated by the original member.will he continue to represent the original member till the property is transferred to the nominated members.

The legal status of a Associate Member comes to an end with the demise of a Original Member as per M.C.S.Act,1960.
