After evidence in chief cr.r.p rule 43 of ap is applicable

RESPECTED EXPERTS.


1.complainant filed his sworn statement duly affirmed by him and he also filed his evidence in chief and that was also duly sworned.

Q1. at this stage the complainant filed petition under rule 43 of criminal rules of practice and circular order 1990 of AP FOR CORRECTIONS IN RESPECT OF DATES OF THE APPROCHEMENT OF THE ACCUSED TO THE COMPLAINANT AT THE TIME OF ALLEGED LOAN AMOUNT.IS IT POSSIBLE TO ALTER THE DATES AFTER THE CHIEF?

In criminal cases the statement of complainant/ accused and witness are recorded by the trail court and not filed on sworn affidavit.
