Judgemt is passed in civil case,opposite party went for appeal in high court( case is not admitted at present) but opposite party transferred the lands
to grandson actually that lands are divided by lower court into 1/3rd share has per judgement (FDP is not done ).in register office facts are hidden by opposite party & registered the lands to grand son.
How can I take the action against the opposite party.

The opposite party filed an appeal but the same party transferred the land to his grandson, is it true? To cancel the transfer deed to the grandson, file a suit in court.

1/3 rd share in land properties is the judgement but opposite party hac the title deed name so just by hiding facts in register office transferred the lands to grand son.....opposite party it self went high court for appeal.....now they are doing such activities......how can I file criminal complaint on opposite party.....is it possible has per law......

You have not stated what was the judgement and what type of division was there and which part of the land is tranferred.
