Agreecaltural land

We are cultivating the piece of agreecaltural land in thane maharastra for more than 50 years but as per 7/12 is in other's name . Now they given a paper notice for the sale land and we taken a objection on the same .can we claim for the share in the same and what will be the our share.

No, we have only possession of the land and we are steel cultivating the same.
