Whether a copy of Agreement of sale of a member / flat of a CHS can be demanded / procured under RTI Act from the society or the Registrar of co - op society.

iT IS A pUBLIC dOCUMENTS, AND U CAN GET CERTIFIED COPY FROM rEGISTATION OFFICE.

Yes, you could apply for certified copy of the same from the registration office.

better get certify copy at sub-registrar office within 1-3 days instead of waiting 30 days.

Society is not bound to provide such copy of a third person rather you can get copy of your own flat from society.
