Agreements bind or not?

can an agreement legally bind anyone else other than the parties signing the agreement?

if the answer is no,is there any exception to this?

Sir in my opinion it binds only the parties signing it.

answer is No, however representatives,legal hires,etc. of parties to agreement would be binding, if parties to agreement are incapicity by virtue of death or otherwise.
