Agricultural land

My grandfather had purchased agricultural land n kutch(gujarat). he had given one local farmer to farm 25 years ago. The farmer has been earning and paying local taxes. Now when we want to sell the agricultural land, the farmer wants a share in sales. Please justify. Also how to stop him from paying local taxes.

File an application before Tehsildar for the eviction of the land and prior to that issue his a notice to evict your land on many grounds.
