sir ,what is the tenent? an illegal tenent with out proper concent of actual pattedar how can he become as tenent?on agricultural lands ?

dear expert ,the un-known persons on my land are cultivating with out any prior concent of me i was not given this lands on rent to the illiegal persons who are occupied illegally my said lands.
