Hello sir,
I am Bala Tilak Reddy,I have a farm of one acre on my father name,he unfortunately died one year ago,The farm is located at Guntur in tadikonda village. I dont have the pass books of that agriculture land. I have my fathers death certificate, legal hire certificate.
I have a problem in selling that farm, please help in how do i get my agriculture passbook to sale it.
And also please help me with the details on whom to contact.
Please explain me in detail if possible,
with all the contacts on whom to contact in tadikonda.
I have tried once but no one were responding to me. Please help.
Please do the needful.

visit revenue office of ur area.

Check your record of right with your local Village Revenue Officer, whether you or your family informed or produced the death certificate to him or not so that accordingly, he can mutate your name as a legal heir after the death of your father.

Visit the local revenue record office(generally tehsildar)and apply for mutation.
