Agriculture land khatedari

(Querist) 20 June 2012 This query is : Resolved 
A is recorded land holder(khatedar) of 0.60 hectare agri.land from 30yrs.neighbour(B) land holder file an application before S.D.M. that he is actuall khatedar of that land.SDM dishonestly show his(B)possession on the said land and declare him khatedar while land is in possession of A.any remedy?
