Alimony money in mutual consent

sir / mam,i am a petioner in a mutual divorcee between me and my husband .he agreed to give me alimony but he had not agreed to give it by DD or cheque insted of it he deposited it in court treasury and this amount will be given to me after the judgement when divorcee is granted . is this money safe or he may cheat me without giving me alimony once i singned divorcee paper .please suggest me

No it is safe but these terms must be enumerated in divorce agreement and the alimony amount too

yes it is completely safe, but it is subjected to decree, till time u can ask for interim maintenance from ur husband.

If the deposit in court you can confirm it from order sheet,once confirmed it is safe.
You can move for its withdrawal even before
decree but the order may be passed imposing some conditions on you.
