Plaintiff sold the properties to the defendant before 40 years. back. But same date very next document the defendant executed sale agreement infavour of plaintiff in respect of same property. Possession was not handover to the defendant. plaintiff is continuously enjoyed his house property till now. Past two years back the defendant interfered the plaintiff peaceful possession and plaintiff suit against the defendant with the relief of permanent in junction for not to dispossess the plaintiff except due process of law. Immediately defendant filed rcop case under rent controller act. Plaintiff is enjoyed more than 40 years of his property. Now how can amend the prayer in the above plaintiff suit. Now plaintiff is want to declared that he is absolute owner of his property. pls tell me any other additional relief infavour of the plaintiff to success his suit?

you can amend the plaint but it should not change the nature of the suit.
